Quick Summary Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Free standard shipping on US orders over $80. Estimated US delivery: 5–8 business days. International delivery: 10–21 business days. Expedited options available at checkout.
Section 01

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak periods — such as major sales events, holidays, or new product launches — processing times may be extended to 3–5 business days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay with your order.

Please Note Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Your estimated delivery window begins after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. The following shipping options are available at checkout:

Delivery estimates begin after order processing is complete. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Deliveries to remote areas (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, US territories) may take additional time.

US Territories

We also ship to US territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, and American Samoa. Shipping to these locations follows standard domestic rates but may require additional transit time of 3–7 business days beyond the estimates above.

We ship to select countries worldwide. Available destinations and rates are displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

International delivery estimates do not include customs clearance time, which varies by country and is outside our control. Please see Section 9 for details on customs duties and import taxes.

If your country is not listed at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that destination. We are continually expanding our shipping coverage.

Section 04

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic US orders over $89 (before taxes). The free shipping threshold will be clearly displayed at checkout and may be updated from time to time.

  • Free shipping applies to standard delivery only, not expedited or overnight options.
  • The free shipping threshold is calculated on the pre-discount subtotal after any applicable coupon codes are applied.
  • Free shipping does not apply to international orders unless otherwise stated during a promotional event.
  • Gift cards and store credits do not count toward the free shipping threshold.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after you receive your confirmation email.
  • You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
  • For international orders, tracking updates may be less frequent once the package enters the destination country's postal system.

If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, contact our support team with your order number.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping carriers to deliver your orders safely and on time. Depending on your location and the shipping method selected, your order may be shipped via:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service) — standard and priority domestic
  • UPS — expedited and express domestic and international
  • FedEx — expedited and overnight domestic
  • DHL Express — international orders

We reserve the right to select the carrier that best suits the shipment. Carrier selection is not guaranteed based on your preference. If you have a specific carrier requirement, please contact us before placing your order.

Address & Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes can be made.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a carrier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. In this case, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment. If you choose not to have the item re-shipped, a refund will be issued minus original and return shipping costs.

Package Held at Facility

Carriers may hold packages at a local facility if a delivery attempt fails. Check your tracking information for pickup instructions and act promptly — unclaimed packages are typically returned to us after 5–7 days.

Section 08

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please:

  • Check around your property, with neighbors, and in any secure package areas.
  • Wait 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early.
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to file a missing package claim.
  • Contact us at [email protected] if the issue is not resolved within 3 business days.

Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but subsequently reported as stolen. We recommend enabling signature confirmation for high-value orders (available at checkout) or providing a secure delivery location.

Packages Lost in Transit

If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 21 business days (international), please contact us. We will open a trace with the carrier and work toward a resolution, which may include a replacement shipment or refund.

Section 09

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

  • All customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • We are unable to predict or control customs charges, as they vary by country, product type, and declared value.
  • We are required by law to accurately declare the value of all shipments on customs forms. We cannot mark items as "gift" or undervalue shipments.
  • Customs clearance delays are outside our control and are not included in estimated delivery times.

We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an international order. Packages refused at customs or held due to unpaid duties may be abandoned or returned to us, in which case a refund will be issued minus shipping costs.

Section 10

Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During high-volume periods, both our processing times and carrier transit times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery during the following peak periods:

  • Thanksgiving & Black Friday / Cyber Monday (late November)
  • Christmas & Holiday Season (December)
  • Valentine's Day (early February)
  • Mother's Day (May) and Father's Day (June)

We will post announcements on our website and notify email subscribers of any anticipated delays during these periods. Expedited shipping options may help, but carrier delays during peak season can affect all service levels.

Holiday Shipping Tip For guaranteed Christmas delivery, we recommend placing orders by December 15 for standard shipping, or December 19 for expedited options. Exact cut-off dates will be announced on our website each year.
